Description: Family Bible with Genealogy of the Family of Alexander Daniel Strasbaugh (1858-1915) & Minerva Elisabeth Doll (1876-1951) both of York County, Pennsylvania This family Bible was originally owned by Daniel and Minerva Strausbaugh of York County, Pennsylvania. The five hand penned genealogy pages chronicle a number of the descendants and relatives of the couple. The Bible was published by William W. Harding of Philadelphia in 1873. Both boards are detached and only the back board is present. The spine cover is missing. The first page present is the title page. The textblock is largely intact but it does have a separation that can be seen in the photos. It does have some loose pages, but a page by page inventory has not been conducted by the seller to determine if any pages are missing. The genealogy pages are present and attached. The Bible is approximately 12" x 9 1/2" x 2 1/2" and has a weight of about 5 1/2 pounds. I am not a professional book appraiser.
