Description: Alcock Hand Painted Yellow Leaves Green & Gold Coffee Cup & Saucer Circa 1835-1845 Nice British bone china coffee cup and saucer. Decorated with a green border with gold gilt and pale yellow leaves and floral designs. With gold gilt leaves around the outside of the cup. Unmarked except for the pattern number 9851. Attributed to Samuel Alcock. Circa 1835 to 1845. Has some wear to the gilding and usage wear consistent with age, but otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks. The cup measures approximately 3 5/8 inches wide including the handle x 2 7/8 inches tall. The saucer measures approximately 5 3/4 inches wide. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece. DTAX
