Description: Alaska's Cooking Vol I & Vol. II, Anchorage Woman's Club 2 Spiral Cookbooks The first volume was printed in 1972. It has 286 pages of recipes, plus index. The cover has wear to edges and a tear at the top pf the cob binding, as shown in photo. The clear layer of cover covering is delaminating. The interior pages have some pencil marks or notations, but are generally clean. Volume II, printed in 1988, has 253 pages of recipes, plus index. There is some light edge and cover wear, but interior pages are clean, tight and unmarked. Nice to have both volumes together, especially for collectors.
