Description: AJS M30 Matchless G11 600cc Cylinder barrels Excellent 022231 Been on my shelf for a few years in case I needed to build an engine for my G11. These are in excellent usable condition, no missing fins etc. I originally bought them as 'ready to go'.Today I took them to a professional engine reconditioning engineering shop to get them accurately measured. Sizes are the inches sizes written in white on top of them.Looks like they are bored to +20.Report says no measurably ovality.Measures +20 thou at top, I think the lower part of the bore is half a thou smaller.A pair of new +20 pistons should work ok, as long as they come up to the correct size and the clearance is good. Can be posted or collected from Streatham, South London.
