This optic comes ready to mount including the Aimpoint LRP mount and removable spacer for adjusting the height of the sight. The CompM5s features a low AAA battery compartment, and the high strength aluminum alloy housing is coated with a non-reflective hard-anodized finish. The sight is completely sealed against the elements and is submersible to 150 feet. The 2 MOA red dot allows for enhanced speed on target and increased first shot hit probability. Transparent rear, and solid black front protective flip-up lens caps allow the sight to be used with the covers closed in an emergency situation (with both eyes open) and make it possible to engage targets directly into bright sunlight by leaving the front cover closed.
