Adjustable sizing, ties at waist with an extra slit. Total waist is 38" but will fit anything below 42" total length I noticed areas of, what looks like, dye transfer, see pics. I believe it may have gotten damp. It was like this when it came into my posession. I have not washed and am unsure how to care for it or remove the dye. Other than the aforementioned areas, there are no stains. No odors. No rips, holes, runs. I do not see any damage to the embroidery or embellishments. It really is a gorgeous textile!! Can also be used as decor or for projects
