It has 20 pages and a 1992 copyright date. It is a reprint from 1906 by Edwards and Broughton Printing Company. It has a gray cover which scanned white. No writing in it or torn or missing pages. Does have some paper loss on the back cover. See photographs for condition issues. I ship within five business days from the receipt of payment for this item.
