IF you do not order a belt from us, this will convert over to shipping you a tip suitable for mounting onto a 1 1/4" or 1 1/2" wide leather strap. These tips have a finished outside width that matches their size so that they can pass easily through a buckle. So a tapered 1.5" straps will fit the opening while also having an exterior measurement of 1.5". The measurement in this example is a "nominal" width but the specific dimensions are listed below as hand measured with a caliper.Installation Instructions: This style of tip is secured to the tip of a belt using two small set screws (slotted).
