Description: A really nice "Cries of London" teapot by Adams. It is unusual in that the body has been painted green in the areas not decorated by brown transfer designs. It is just over 6" tall, including the lid and 9-1/4" from handle to spout. It is in very good condition with minor spots of wear to the paint and normal age crazing. There is a tiny rough spot on the spout that is under the gold trim so, this is likely as made. There is also a tiny rough spot on the inside of the top opening that may also be as made. I will be listing other pieces of this pattern and will be glad to combine shipping to the extent possible.
