In addition, we recommend that you do any preventative maintenance such as replacing the timing belt/chain and water pump while the engine is out. For higher mileage engines, we also recommend replacing the head gasket as well. Instrument Clusters: For cars with immobilizers built into the instrument clusters, you will need to have the cluster reprogrammed by your local dealer or an automotive mechanic shop with the proper tools.
