They are there to help show vintage glassware and china can be repurposed, and displayed beautifully in many ways! Because of the practical difficulty of packing and shipping fragile glass items, we do not accept returns. Review all information carefully so you are sure of your purchase. Because we love vintage items, we pack glassware with the utmost of care, with multiple layers of bubble wrap, additional padding, and Fragile stickers. Breakage has been very, very rare, less than 1% of our shipments. However, we can't prevent rough handling, machine damage, or misdirection once the shipping service has it in their hands. Packages are insured for their sold price, excluding shipping costs, and all refunds due to breakage will be divided by the number of items in the package (i.e. no full refunds for one item broken out of a set.)
