This item lacks its USB dongle and any other accessories. However, it has been cleaned to remove as much of the sticky surface covering that was added to items back in the Aughties to give it that soft rubber feel. The ONLY places where the sticky covering WASN'T removed was over most of the button labels, as the process would remove the text (note the faded "D-PAD" label as evidence of this). Finally, the control has not been tested in game, although it has been tested in general with an Xbox 360, in that it does power up. Basically it's just the flight stick. Yeah there's a lot you need to add to it, so it's probably the best deal to replace your existing flight stick. At least least I removed almost all of the sticky goop from it, so at least that's one less thing to worry about.
