Description: AC 1929 $20 FRBN San Francisco PMG 64 Fr 1870-L Click images to enlarge Description Here is a 1929 $20 Federal Reserve Bank Note. It is from the more difficult San Francisco district and has been graded by PMG as Choice Uncirculated 64. If you are building a district set of $20 FRBN's, this is a good note to get. It is not close to $1000 expensive like a gem uncirculated note would be. During the depression Roosevelt ordered a bank holiday and shut down the banks for a day. At that time the BEP used paper that was slated to print nationals and printed Federal Reserve Bank notes in a hurry. This is one of those emergency notes. Terms of Sale We have a thirty day return policy after you have received the item. If you are unhappy for any reason, please e-mail me to let me know you are going to send the note back.
