Abeka Language Arts Curriculum Grade 5+Language B+Reading+Spelling lot/14 (#20)

Description: This is for a lot of 14 Abeka books for 5th grade. I have listed these books as "acceptable" condition as a whole. See below for a more detailed description of each book's condition. Books included in this lot: 1 - Language Arts 5 Curriculum/Lesson Plans - Copyright 2000 -- This is the teacher's curriculum book and contains detailed lesson plans for all of the Language Arts subjects. Spiral binding and soft cover are in very good condition with minimal normal wear and tear as to be expected of a book this age. I flipped through the book quickly and noted about 4 pages with highlighting and several pages with quiz numbers written in with pencil (see photos), none of which detracts from the book's usability. It appears that the back cover fell out of the spiral binding and it was "sewn" back in to keep it together. This book still has a lot of life left in it. ISBN 75604008 2 - God's Gift of Language B TEACHER Edition - 2nd Edition - Copyright 1999 -- This book is in very good condition. Spiral binding and covers are in good shape. I flipped through the book quickly and saw no highlighting or writing of any kind. There is a name stamp on the inside of the front cover. ISBN 65021004 3 - God's Gift of Language B TEACHER Test Key - 2nd Edition - Copyright 1999 -- This book is in excellent condition. The only issues I noticed when flipping through this book was a name stamp on the inside front cover and a sticker taped to the spine. No highlighting or writing of any kind that I could see. ISBN 65056009 4 - Language Charts 4-6 - Copyright 1998 -- Contains Language Charts 7-20. Charts 1-6 have been torn out at the perforations and are not included. ISBN 75558002 5 - Spelling Vocabulary & Poetry 5 TEACHER Edition - Copyright 1999 -- Spiral binding and covers are in very good shape. I flipped through this book and found a few pages with pencil marks (see photos) which could easily be erased. There are a couple of name stamps on the inside front cover and at least one more that I saw toward the end of the book. None of these issues detract from the book's usability. ISBN 60313001 6 - Spelling Vocabulary & Poetry 5 TEACHER Test Key - 2nd Edition - Copyright 1999 -- This book is in excellent shape, tight binding, and covers in great shape. The only blemishes I noticed when flipping through the book was a name stamp on the inside front cover and a sticker taped to the spine. ISBN 60348009 7 - Spelling Vocabulary & Poetry 5 STUDENT Tests - 2nd Edition - Copyright 1999 -- Pages 1-36 (Tests 1-16) are missing. Tests 17-34 (pages 37-78) are intact and there is no writing that I could see. Front cover has remnants of a price sticker back cover has a few stains, and there is a sticker taped to the spine. ISBN 60321011 8 - Reading 5 Answer Key - Copyright 1999 -- This book is in excellent shape, tight binding clean covers. The only issues I saw when I flipped through it was a name stamps on the inside front cover. ISBN 69248005 9 - Beyond the Horizon STUDENT reader - Copyright 1998 -- This book is in good shape for a book its age. Some curling at the edge of pages, name written on first page, price sticker on front cover. I flipped through the book quickly and noted a couple of pages with writing in pencil (see photos) and some page numbers circled in pencil (all easily erasable should you choose to do so). Binding is tight. ISBN 59617010 10 - Of America 1 STUDENT reader - 3rd Edition - Copyright 1999 -- This book is in good shape for a book its age. Some curling at the edge of pages, name stamps on inside front cover, price sticker on front cover. I flipped through the book quickly and saw no highlighting or writing of any kind. Binding is tight. Very small tear at top of spine. ISBN 59633007 11 - Of America 1 TEACHER Edition - Copyright 1999 -- I flipped through the book and saw no writing or highlighting of any kind. Spiral binding and covers are in very good shape. I loved having the teacher edition of this book to go along with my student's reader. Not only did it include answers to the questions at the end of each story, but may times it also included Additional Comprehension/Discussion Questions, Enrichment Ideas, Story Themes, Introductions, etc., that I thought were valuable teaching tools (see photos). ISBN 59641001 12 - Windows to the World TEACHER Edition - Copyright 1999 -- This book is in good shape. Spiral binding is good and front cover shows normal wear and tear for a book this age. I flipped through the book quickly and saw no writing or highlighting of any kind. ISBN 65455001 13 -- Adventures in Nature STUDENT Speed & Comprehension Reader - This book is in excellent condition. The only blemish that I noted was minor curling at the bottom corner of the book. All quizzes are included and have not been written on (I made my kids do the quizzes on a separate sheet of paper). No writing or highlighting of any kind that I could see. There is a price sticker on the back cover of the book. ISBN 59706008 14 - Penmanship Mastery II - Grade 5 - 4th Edition - Copyright 2009 -- This book contains both penmanship and creative writing exercises. It has been removed from its binding, 3-hole punched, and put into a binder. Though the exercises have not been completed, some pages do contain minor doodling and a couple of pages have minor yellow stains (see photos). At the time of listing I intend to include the 3-ring binder in the auction but if removing pages from binding makes shipping easier/cheaper, I may elect to not include the binder.
