Description: About This Item: Up for sale is a vintage color print from a watercolor titled A Stable Yard at St. Albans by English artist Frank Neville. This color print, possibly a lithograph though we are not knowledgeable in this area, depicts a man leading a horse out of a downtown stable in the city center of the English town of St. Albans. Framed by Vilas-Mages, a framing company in Chicago during the first half of the 1900s. Opening in frame for print measures 15 1/2 inches by 11 1/2 inches. Frame measures 19 1/2 inches by 15 1/2 inches by 3/4 inch thick, made of sturdy wood with a textured mat as part of the frame, and is in good to very good condition, with a few nicks and scratches and one spot along the top of the mat with loss of gold paint. It looks like there was a paper backing at one time. Print appears to be in very good to excellent condition though we have not removed it from the frame to examine it more closely.
