A Sheep with Lambs Animal Portrait. C. Robson Signed AP Framed Aquatint Original

Description: A signed aquatint etching by C. Robson. It depicts a ewe in a stall with three young lambs. Hand signed in pencil lower right and marked A/P (Artist's Proof) which means this must be one of the first impressions from the etched plate thus the sharp detailing. I do not have biographical detail for this artist but estimate the print to date to the 1980s/90s. The print is in excellent condition and is presented with a complementary coloured card mount within a wooden frame with gilt trim. The frame is very good condition, the mount is generally good but does have a small stain at the top right hand edge. Glazed and ready to hang. Measures 32 x 27cm including the frame, the plate size is 19.5 x 14.5cm. Postage £4 in the UK, £16 to mainland Europe and £28 to the USA. All other destinations with the ebay global shipping service.
