Description: Hallmark on the back: L. Juan and Sterling. Pendant only. Shown with beads which are not for sale. A beautiful example of one of Lorenzo Juan's very beautiful storyteller pendants, also called petroglyphs. Silver applique work: two antelope, a horse, corn, flower and raincloud. Each Native American symbol stands out on the sand or tufa cast base. Note the spectacular, high grade turquoise - beautiful color and matrix, and it is quite substantial, as you can see from the side. Cabachon measures 7/16" x a fraction over 9/16". Pendant is 3 1/8" high including bale x 1 1/2" wide. (It's actually 1 9/16" wide to be precise!) The silver bead is 7/16" that easily slides through the bale which measures 1/2" on the inside. The pendant is 0.9 oz. which is 25.5 grams. Very fairly priced, as Juan's unique pendants sometimes sell for close to double what we've listed. I don't think you'll find a better example at any price, given the quality of the stone, the many symbols used, and the oval shape which I prefer to his square pieces.
