You will receive a REAL mint block of 4 as if you purchased it from the post office in 1948.3. You will also receive a plastic stamp mount that the block of stamps will fit in and will protect the stamps. The gum on the back of the mount will allow you to display it. 4. You will NOT receive everything mounted. They have been scanned against a black background for a better view of what you're purchasing. Now it's time for you to become creative. You can mount it on any size, any color background. The stamps come with a mount that you can use to display it and you can use a glue stick for the informational card.
