It is entirely hand made: each sequin, bead and jewel is hand stitched meticulously into the base material. The color combination is also a breakthrough but many of their designs were replicas of famous designers from the Art Deco era. This brand new/old stock Top has a removable tie belt made of white sequins. (Shown with and without the belt.) It is size Medium. Measures: 40" around bust. 26" long. It is a work of art unique in creation.
