Description: Exceptional 7'1" x 9'8" ft clean hand knotted antique in very hard to find colors (early 1900s estimate). Very fortunate field tone I best describe as persimmon / fire / rust / orange spectrum. This piece has been professionally cleaned with no stains, tears, holes, animal or smoke. There is some antique wear over the century but great for the age, clean, durable and colorful. This piece is made of sheep wool and natural vegetable dyes by skilled crafts people with around 200 knots per square inch per foundation layer, very fine with double tied knots. Millions of knots overall. Accents in dark to light blue from indigo grape lilac hyacinth. Some green as well.
