This rare c1926 record, I played most of Tiger (quality music), it started with some static in spots at start, then average sort of noisy VV-V, same VV-V sound on O Me! side, not bad average old sound, no static I heard on Me side on what I played. Visually this 78 is a consistent decent foggy wear, no big flaws, see photos. Graded visually. Labels have mild to medium wear. Will be in the sleeve it has been stored in for decades.
