We use many tests to identify gemstone treatments. Yet, some treatment methods are difficult to identify. We report to you what we find. If you send one of our gemstones to a major USA certifying laboratory (e.g. AGS, AGTA, GIA, etc.) and they report to you that your gemstone was not the species of gem we said it was, we will refund to you all of your purchase money and pay for return shipping (not valid if you go to a jewelry store or pawn shop because of the high incidence of gem-switching and anti-online bias).When our listing states NATURAL, we mean that the gem was mined from the ground.
