70s Prairie Girl Dress XS Vintage Black Corduroy Gray Red Plaid Cotton Long Maxi

Description: Normal 0 MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 DESCRIPTION This is a lovely vintage prairie girl dress from the 1970s made by Jody T of California. The material content is not listed, but I believe the corduroy is made out of cotton, and the plaid material feels like a cotton polyester blend to me. The corduroy is solid black, and the plaid material is done in red, gray and white. The large panel of plaid material down the center almost makes it look like there is an apron over the dress (although it is all one piece), and there is ivory white lace trim edging the center panel. The dress has long sleeves with elastic at the ends, and it has a high empire waist. There are attached ties on the sides of the dress that can be used to cinch the waist in the back. The dress closes with a zipper down the back. SIZING The size tag has been removed from this item, but I believe it would best fit a size Extra Small. The actual measurements are as follows: Bust: 16" across, underarm to underarm (32" around) Empire Waist / Underbust: 12" across (24" around, can be cinched in with the attached ties) Hips: 17.5" across (35" around. I took this measurement 10 inches down from the empire waist seam.) Length: 58" down the center of the back Note: These are the actual measurements of the garment, so please leave yourself room for comfort of movement. All measurements were taken with the item laying flat. The flat measurements were doubled to give an approximate measurement around.
