Description: M. I. Hummel Boy With Toothache - 217. For a dentist, dental hygienist, or anyone who has had a toothache this would make a great gift. This Hummel was manufactured between 1950 and 1955. The signature of Sister of M.I. Hummel is incised on the base. The artist responsible for these wonderful creations was Berta Hummel (1909 – 1946) who later changed her name to Maria Innocentia. Her figurines were first produced in Germany around 1935. Size: 5.5" tall x 2.5" long x 2.25" wide. Weight: 4 oz. The Hummel is in very good condition. I did not observe any cracks, chips, or repairs. Please note, there may be light signs a crazing on the glaze from age. Please review the pictures and if you have any questions message me.
