The Bezel, Red Jewell, Housing and Mounting bracket are reproductions of the original 1955-1956 version, the back end has been updated. This will work on a 1957 but does not look like the original. The switch that goes on the brake assembly has been updated and now has two wires going to it vs one the original had for the 1955-1956 version. The 1957 always had two wires.
