50's Wiring for Gibson Les Paul 500k CTS LONG SHAFT Pots .047 Switchcraft Toggle

Description: What is it? -This is a 50's style pre-wired Les Paul wiring harness upgrade for Gibson and Epiphone Les Paul guitars. The 50's style wiring allows you to maintain more high end and clarity with less treble loss when rolling back on the volume. -The harness features CTS 500k LONG SHAFT potentiometers and .047 Orange Drop Capacitors. A classic tonal match that compliments most humbucker pickups. The .047 has a warmer tone with softer attack on the treble when compared to the .022. -Hand wired with the highest quality parts and cleanest solder connections. This wiring harness will give you the clearest signal possible with even and balanced volume/tone roll off. Ingredients -4 x matched CTS 500k pots. Long split shaft, 3/8" wide bushing, 3/4" long. -2 volume 2 tone-.047mfd Orange Drop capacitor -Vintage style pull back cloth wire (7 strand 22 gauge wire for the strongest grounding connection)-Custom aluminum shield plate to insure proper grounding and noise reduction-Switchcraft 3 Way Short Toggle pre wired with vintage style braided wire 5/16" tall thread. Requires 1/2" hole diameter and 15/16" cavity depth. Pre-wired with vintage style cloth wire with braided shield. 17" for neck/bridge. 20" for jack. Includes Creme Tip. (black available upon request) Black tubing to shield the braided wire coming from the toggle to the jack in the control cavity-Switchcraft 1/4" jack-Wiring diagram included NOTE: If you are replacing the electronics on an Epiphone les paul you may need to widen the potentiometer holes on the guitar.
