One anchor can hold up to 238 pounds in 1/2" drywall or 802 pounds in concrete block. Superior Quality compared to those plastic wall inserts and the old fashioned spring wing toggle bolts. This anchor, size BA, is threaded to accept 3/16-24 fasteners and will work in hollow walls from 3/8" thick to 3-5/8". The 3/16-24 fastener you choose will depend on your application but generally you want the length to be the wall or ceiling thickness + 1/2" (for anchor) + the thickness of your fixture.
