It will need cleaning, there are several pin point dots, the outside of the Mandarin collar has some gray spots and there is a pea-size yellow stain on the front of the left sleeve, otherwise the condition is excellent. Side vents are 11" long with frog closures. Measures 13.5" around the collar, length is 27", across the chest is 17", across the hip is 20". Small to medium.
