Description: This auction is for 10 ounces (a little more than 1/2 pound) of New, seasoned and kiln dried American Oak pieces for Rapid aging of Distilled spirits (Moonshine, Whiskey, Rum, ...) Beer, or for use in a smoker to add some great seasoning to your favorite meat or vegetables.This wood is free of bugs, pesticides and chemicals. The American Oak pieces are ready to be used in your smoker/grill or to char to your desired level for your alcohol aging/flavoring project.Each piece is hand selected and chopped which gives at least 2 sides rough cut which will add some great surface area.Pieces are approximately 2"-3" long x 1.25" wide x .25"-.5" thick and will vary slightly in size.
