Our guess is that it’s been worn once, based on the condition. 1) we noted some light signs of wear on the interior upper area. 2) noted 3 small and light-ish areas of spots on the front. 3) there is one small tear on one of the back inner tulle layers. No one’s going to be looking at the very bottom of your tulle/hem. 🙃 See all pictures for remarks; they have been highlighted for extra clarity. Our guess is that a reasonable dry cleaner should be able to take care of the spots. Maybe even a good sponge clean?
