Description: Here you can get 400+ seeds of organically grown Lambs Quarters, also known as Goosefoot or Wild Spinach. Although considered a weed in many places, it is closely related to spinach and quinoa and has a delicious nutty flavor and an excellent nutrient profile. Harvest the leaves in summer and add them to salads or soups or cook them like spinach.. This plant is best sown in fall, so it can get cold-stratified over the colder months. Interesting fact: once in the soil, the seeds can be viable for over 10 years! Plant them in a sunny location with well-drained soil. Scatter them and rake the area lightly and tamp the ground.
