We purchased a nice collection from a collector several decades ago and most are from the 1930's to the early 1970s. This is vintage and was from a time they used to deliver milk to the house. Each Dairy farm had its own type of cap and insert, which makes these really neat and a great piece of Dairy farm History. Made of thick Plastic with a quarter size Card Board insert. These are unused and in nice shape, over the years, the cardboard has yellowed a little bit , but still in great almost new condition. Describe below as follows: Approximate date: 1960s or early 1970s. Number of caps included: 4 Advertisement or Farm: Valley View Farms Grape Drink, La Mirada, Calif Material: Thin Plastic, which was crimped over the top of the bottle with a cardboard insert. Condition: This one is in great shape, never used, old stock, very nice, very little if any discoloration. Size: Plastic Fabri-Cap is about 1.6 inch across (measurements are approx.). Grape insert is about the size of a quarter and Milk is about the size of a half dollar. Tough to find item.
