Description: Description: Four 16th-century Catalan tiles decorated in blue. The decoration is formed by circles and flower and plant motifs. This decor was used in "Palau de la Generalitat", in Barcelona the former city hall. Also in the castle of Vulpellac. The tableau including frame measures 32.5 x 33 cm the tiles are 15 x 15 cm each. The tiles have signs of use as to be expected after 450 years! These tiles have been used as floor tiles and many people have walked on these tiles in the past. There is damage to the corners and surface.
