If you like a trimmed drapery, ask to see trims that might work, our prices are very good in the trim department and we don't mark up trims. The draperies are sold with Prestige Woven lining. We also offer Therma-Silk for $15 per panel. Lined draperies should be dry cleaned. If you need customization, our user friendly customer service lady will work with you to get your draperies just right and ready for you to hang. RETURN POLICY: Since our orders are custom, the drapery orders are not returnable. However all our work is guaranteed by our workroom to be what you ordered. In an instance where a customer orders something that just doesn't work for them, we can work with you to replace work as long as the original order can be re-sold. We know that our draperies represent an investment and we don't want any customer to be less than pleased with their purchase. STITCHED PLEATS will add $60 to each pair MACHINED ON METAL GROMMETS add $65 per panel Pleating tapes or trims will be added to order at the actual cost. We do not mark up our tapes or trims.
