The customer will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping if you change your mind. If the parcel is visibly damaged, please do not accept the delivery from Australia Post and we will gladly replace the item/ refund your funds. In cases like this or if you receive a damaged item, please contact us directly and provide images of the damaged items to allow us to follow up with Australia Post to claim compensation on the damage and replace/ refund your order. If you believe an electrical item to be faulty and it still has warranty, we will cover the cost to return the item to us for assessment. If your item is deemed to have been damaged by your use, or was dropped during use, you will be required to re-imburse us for the shipping charges we paid to return the item before we return the product to you and the warranty may be void. If the product is deemed to be faulty from the manufacturer, you will not be required to do anything. We will cover the cost of replacing the product and ensuring you receive a repaired item/ replacement (whichever outcome the manufacturer deems). Can I cancel, update or edit my order? Once an order is placed, we cannot cancel, update or amend it. In the event you've made a mistake (wrong address, or incorrect product for example) and have notified us within 20 mins of placing your order, we may be able to intercept during our usual business hours.
