3M Dynatel 573A Cable Locator, No Clamp But Has Cables. Untested

Description: So we got this in a storage unit we bought. Unknown condition. May work fine but don't know how to test it and don't know if it works or not, so consider this for parts only not working like I said it may work but I am listing it for parts only and not working because I don't want any buyer to have a bad surprise if it isn't going to work, we do not know. I noticed from other pictures that there are some type of clamps. I assume go around the cables. Those are not here with the item, but it does have other electrical. Cables that go with it. Everything in the picture is, as shown will come with it. The handle is taped. It does pick up easy and doesn't come apart by the handle. But there is electric tape on that. It has some dings and scratches. Overall, it smells like an electrical item. When you open it a little bit of paint some numbers on it and it is aged. But it is what it is, and I'm hoping it finds the right buyer. thanks for looking and doing. Check out our other items.
