This rectangular shaped premium quality Eco-friendly PVC tube sealed LED strip is the ideal for kinds of lighting project and decoration for the home or office, indoor or outdoor. These are 110V strips, it plug directly into 110V outlet without AC/DC adapter required. Unlike 12V strips which had a max load of 5M per continuous run with required DC adapters, these 110V strips can run as a single continuous long strip up to 50M (164 ft) on single power plug. This SAVE a lot of money without the extra adapters, connectors and accessories required. Order will include free AC plug, for directly plug into 110V wall outlet. The LED lights alone are waterproof and can be used outdoors. However, the area where the rope lights attach to the power cord, the power cord itself and the end cap are not water proof and should never be exposed to the outdoor weather unless it has been properly waterproofed. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure the entire length of the rope lights and the power cord is properly connected and weather proofed should these lights be used outdoors or near any water/moisture. We don't recommend it to be submerged underwater. Typical/Proper weather proofing would be applying weather proofing tape, silicone gel/glue and shrink wrap sleeves in the proper areas as sealant. For liability reasons we do not provide lessons, instructions on wiring or proofing electrical component. You can check in with you local hardware store for assistance. All opening and connections points will require sealant and waterproof seal should they be used near water. If you can't find the housing size, you can get a slightly bigger housing, such as 13mm x7.5mm (size M) but with 7-8mm spaced pin distance, and with extra wiggle room on the adapter head, you will have to be filled out with sealant if installing for outdoor use like on HERE for middle connector. With cable connector, you can get 1mm difference in distance (+/-) on the pin such as 6mm fitting for this listing. With cable connector, the pin is separate piece that required to go into the strip first before joining the adapter. Under this condition of design, its allow for small wiggle room difference on the pin between your strip and the connector. You and wiggle your way for fitting between the pin to the strip.
