It is the 1997 Merian Botanical Prints issue with Scott numbers 3126, 3127, 3128, and 3129. The pane self-adhesive pair 3127b is serpentine die cut 10.9 x 10.2 on 2, 3 or 4 sides. The vending booklet pair 3129b is serpentine die cut 11.2 x 10.8 on 2 or 3 sides. These pairs are in Scott catalogue order as shown. Phil Jordan designed the 32c definitives and they were printed by Stamp Venturers. They are based upon artwork by Maria Sibylla Merian. Thirty two cents met the USPS First Class 1 oz domestic letter rate from Jan. 1, 1995 until Jan. 10, 1999. The vending booklet stamps are smaller than the convertible pane stamps. Both se tenant pairs have been expertly cut from 3127a panes and BK261 books and left on original backing paper.
