You walk into a room, after a hot day on the cement path outside, where everything is dry and barren and lifeless. The bamboo-looking pipes on each side of the door sign almost reach the roof and give the illusion that you have stepped back in time. Expecting sandy beaches and beautiful sunsets, your eyes find the thatch umbrella and tiki bar on the side, with pipes that seem to hold up the roof, looking just like polished bamboo.
