In addition the kit now includes several new full-sized detail drawings to assist with assembly planning – for the wall structure plan, for the floor plan to accommodate rail spurs and service pits and for assembly of the interior framing structure. Plus the kit includes a comprehensive assembly instructions booklet that guides the modeler through structure planning, assembly, painting and weathering. The instruction booklet includes many photos and images to assist with construction. Footprint: 16.5” x 12.0” Originally designed and produced by Railway Design Associates, this structure kit is now refreshed and re-released by Rail-Scale-Models.
