Description: 3 Handcrafted Mayan Pyrography Leather Painting. Each representing the Mayan culture. -The first photo is from the sarcophagus lid of King K'inich Janaab' Pakal. Many have interpreted this image to be ancient astronaut riding on a rocket ship. -The second photo, Amor Eterno, is a painting of the Popocatepetl, an Aztec worrier. Upon return from war his betrothed, Iztaccihuatl, had died. Popocatepetl took the body of Iztaccihuatl to a mountain and the gods turned it into an inactive volcano. The red boarders shown in each photo will also be included. -The third photo is of 2 Macaws from the state of Chiapas. Macaws were seen as being representatives of the sun gods. These paintings are in great condition. There were incased in frames prior. Each will be mailed on its own White Foam Core Backings, so once you find a frame, they are good to go.
