Description: For sale A trilogy of antique Bronze Currency manila Bracelets used in Africa a money for trading ,probably OKPOHO WEST AFRICAN TRIBAL.They are all hand made with slight differences , as can be seen in photos , recently purchased in France probably coming from an old colonial connection or collection. They are interesting parts of history and go back many centuries, I would not be able to exactly date these but would guess , 1860s or 1880s . they have a good antique bronze patina and each have a good weight. Selling together as thats how they have been for many years . a trilogy .
