Description: This is a fuel pump gasket and diaphragm set with a brass fuel bowl screen to fit 1929-33 Chevrolet AC Model B fuel pumps and many other vehicles using the AC Model B fuel pump. This kit fits the old style fuel pump that has check valve retaining nuts on the top cover and a 3 bolt spring cover on the bottom housing as shown in the pictures of the complete fuel pumps and the picture of the break down of the fuel pump. This fuel pump kit will work no matter what the position the top cover is in on the base housing of the fuel pump. There is a replacement fuel pump that was made that uses one piece unitized check valves inside the fuel pump and the diaphragm is swedged on instead of bolted on the actuating rod. This kit will not fit that fuel pump. The diaphragm in this kit has an outside diameter of 3 1/4 inches. Kit comes with 8 page rebuild instruction manual. This kit includes modern nitrile rubber diaphragm that will handle today's fuel types, 3 bolt spring cover gasket, glass fuel bowl mounting gasket, and fuel pump engine mounting gasket as shown in picture. ALL NEW reproduction; spring cover and fuel bowl mounting gaskets are NEW high quality rubber impregnated cork, engine mounting gasket is high quality paper. Brass fuel bowl screen is new excellent quality reproduction. Buyer pays 3 ounces calculated shipping with $1.50 handling fee in the USA and a $2.00 handling fee for international sales. USPS First Class International Package Service Mail is not insurable. This handling fee covers packaging supplies, some eBay final value fees on shipping cost and eBay collected sales tax.
