To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with no damage, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS RELATED TO THE RETURN. STANDARD RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE. Black DuraChrome™ coating comes with a 1-year warranty. Non-Standard Coatings / Factory Finishes come with a 90-day warranty. Warranty starts from the date of purchase and is only valid for the original purchaser (ie. non-transferable). Our warranty covers the Surface Area of the wheels which is defined as any area that is visible when the wheel is mounted on the vehicle. We guarantee that our wheels will be round and free of cracks upon delivery and will cover any returns if notified within 30 days of delivery. Tires have a manufacturers limited warranty extended to the original purchaser to cover conditions that are reasonably considered to have been within the tire manufacturers control, such as the quality of materials and/or workmanship.
