We cannot guarantee hatch rate due to things beyond our control such as USPS handling, your incubator and experience in hatching. We will however be more than happy to answer any of your questions to help you be successful with your hatching and raising your quail so we do encourage anyone to call us and let us help. Please contact us if you have any problem at all before leaving a comment since we are very good at being fair and making things work for you. We do not accept returns as this is an item that cannot be resold after a few days. We do not give refunds. The eggs are fertile when they leave our farm and have the chance of being mishandled, shaken, dropped, x-rayed, or many other things that could happen during shipping that could lower your hatch rate or possibly ruin your hatch rate to zero (x-ray). These are not every day occurrences since you can see how great our comments are. If you have an issue where you can see the box was mistreated then you do have 60 days to put in a claim with USPS and we do carry up to $50 insurance on each package in case of mishandling. Please contact us before putting in a claim as we can give you advise on filing that might help you be approved for the claim.
