Description: 22" Vintage Katherine's Collection Victorian Angel Doll Rare Retired Vintage Katherine's Collection Victorian Angel Doll.Handmade in Thailand.She has been displayed on a high shelf for approximately 30 years. She may have acquired a little dust over time but she has sat high on a shelf guiding and protecting the residents within. Her legs are still wrapped in plastic. Included is the doll stand so she can be displayed in a prominent spot in her new home.She is decked out in a gold lame' gown with gold wings and flowers adorn the crown of her head. Beginning in 1991 Katherine's Collection grew from a love of thoughtful gifting and the timeless memories and one of a kind creations. Wayne Kleski, designer of the beautiful Angel Dolls, created his first figurines as an extension of his work arranging silk flowers began to add Angels to his collection in his small, family-owned manufacturing facilities in Thailand and the Philippines.
