Description: This listing is for one (1) Fender American Vintage II 1959 Stratocaster neck. This is a factory second. Here are the specs:Attractive flatsawn bold grain like true vintage necksSlab rosewood fretboard Aged clay dots Fretboard Radius 7.25" (measures a little flatter in some spots)Vintage small fretwireNut width- 1.66"Heel width- 2.21"Thickness at:1st- .84"7th- .917"12- .98" I would classify the carve as somewhere between a C and an Oval carve. Truss rod is functionalNeck is straight This neck was rejected after being sprayed in nitrocellulose lacquer. There is enough there to cut and buff. Or use it as is. Bone nut is ready for slots. Frets have been leveled and crowned, but need final polishing. They have done most of the fretboard rolled edge, but needs final attention where the finish meets it. Fender marked this "used" in the headstock to note it is a factory second, there is no warranty on these parts. Neck has a few scuffs and dings from travel. Most would come out in a cut and buff, but not all. You only get what is shown. Because it has never been mounted and tested, it is sold "as is".
