I do not recommend this option, but it is available if you are looking for a lower cost. option 2 —-is $4.00 and that DOES include tracking. This option is preferred due to being able to track via the USPS website. We are happy to combine shipping at the $4.00 rate no matter how many cards you buy on the same invoice. PLEASE NOTE: In order to receive the shipping discount, please use the “best offer feature” and I will be happy to send a revised invoice with the combined shipping. Returns will be accepted, HOWEVER, in instances where the item was damaged in the course of shipping or there is an error with the listing, I will charge a fee to cover the exact cost of the initial shipping/insurance.
