Cards under $20 but not offered with ESE are due to the thickness of the card being too thick. These thicker cards would be damaged by the USPS sorting system. For lots, I will typically package the cards in team bags with toploaders on each end. Single cards will be penny sleeved and toploaded, and team bagged with extra protection around the card.
