The Elmax Lil Smokey was introduced by Busse at the 2015 Blade Show and nobody knows if Busse will ever make any more. This knife is one of the rare knives that Busse didn't use INFI Steel on, this one is made of Elmax Steel and is super thin and even Sharper! This knife has Flat Ground Hand Finished Satin Blade with a Fine V-Ground Edge! The Busse Custom Shop than went all out on the handle and went with a Custom Hand Shaped/Smoothed Oak Wood & Black/Tan G10 G-rexed Giraffe Bone Handle finished off with Mosaic Pins! This is a very special and different sort of handle as it starts off with a Oak Wood which was also layered with Black and Tan G10 and than darker pieces of Giraffe Bone Scales were than added. This was than Hand Shaped so that where the bolsters are, they are thinner so that this handle contours to your hand. this is than hand smooth. As you can tell a lot of planning, thought, and work went into making this little beauty. This knife is Brand New: never used, carried or sharpened. This was heat treated by the infamous Busse Combat which is the best in the World! This is made of Elmax Steel which is heat treated by Busse Combat!
